10 - Combined Modelling Techniques

I began this tutorial by adding in a template in order to help me follow the tutorial
I began by removing areas of the template to help me begin adding edge loop in order to designate the doorways within the template
I carried on removing the areas in the template
I then started adding in edge lops near doorways in order to designate them for when I raise up the walls.
I Then raised up the walls by extruding the ground plane.
I then selected edge loops around the window which I then removed and brought outwards in order to create a window ledge. Unfortunately due to the placements of edge loops, I was unable to carry this out.
The same occurred with my house door. The edge loop placements were placed in places that made it unable to carry out constructing the door. Due to this, I moved onto making the roof.
I started by adding in  a new mesh plane, and then scaling it to cover and overlap the top of the house.
I then added an edge loop in the center of the mesh and then raised the edge loops up.
I then added more edge loops to the roof of the house.
I then used shift select and then F to add a surface to the gaps in the side of the house.
I then added in the solidify modifier, and solidified to roof and main body of the house.

With that done, I rendered out the house, which finished off tutorial 10 and the overall Blender tutorials.
