04 - Polygonal and Modification Modelling

To create the first pyramid, I added in a mesh cube, and enabled vertex select. Upon doing, I B Box selected all the top vertices of the cube, and then merged them at the center. I then selected the merge points and then rose the cursor in order to create the first pyramid.

I created the base of my second pyramid by adding in a mesh cube and using scale along Z to thin out the cube in order to create the base.

I finished off the second pyramid by copying the starting tile and  scaling them down,. I carried on this technique until I felt the pyramid was tall enough.
I created my third pyramid by adding in a mesh cube. Upon doing that, I added in an array modifier. After doing that, I kept on adding cubes to the X and Y axis which formed the first layer of the pyramid. I then duplicated the first layer, and shrank down the second layer. I then kept adding layers and scaling them down in order to place them atop one another in order to create a pyramid. I finished it off by adding in a mesh cube and scaling it down in order to put on top of the pyramid.

I created my fourth and final pyramid, by adding in a mesh cube. Upon doing so, I scaled it down, and parented it with the original pyramid. After doing that, I selected the duplicate option from the tools menu, which I then selected the vert's option. After doing that, I selected both of the pyramids and then selected W. From there, I chose the subdivide option. I kept choosing subdivide until the pyramid was properly built up. This completed the fourth pyramid.

I had then completed all pyramids, and the fourth tutorial.
